8 Week - Yoga Coaching and Wellness Program


Deepen your yoga practice, your connection with self, and develop an awareness of a richer lifestyle inspired by the practice of yoga on and off of your mat.  This 8 week program is the perfect opportunity to work on yourself from the inside out.  What is included???

- 8 small group practices, and 1 private session to get specific, targeted feedback on your yoga practice.  Practices include Flow Based, Alignment Based, Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, and other modalities.

- Following the Chakras from Root to Crown, we will work with weekly awareness exercises, contemplative practice, essential oils, wellness goals, and nutritional goals set by each participant addressing each Chakra along the way.  These goals and practices are rooted in the values and practices of yoga and are directed towards finding best self.

- Learning materials will be provided, and recommended reading will be given upon registration.

This program is not meant to be a "quick fix", but rather a "step forward" towards living a life that is intentional, balanced, and rooted in sustainable healing and peace. 

All sessions will be on Zoom - Private Session will have option of Zoom or In-Person (full vaccination, and proof of negative COVID test required for in-person session).

Investment for entire program (8 small group sessions/All Learning Materials/Private Lesson) is $250 per person (payment plans available upon request)
