8 Week Yoga Lifetyle and Coaching Program
During our 8 weeks together, our work will revolve around learning and working with yogic principles and awareness, in an effort to maximize physical and mental health for each individual. Through working with and practicing various yogic teachings, and integrating asana, mindfulness, and contemplative practice, clients can expect to feel physical, behavioral, and mental shifts in their every day lives and choices.
What to expect?
One to One guidance and Coaching
2 hour in person session each week with Jenn
Weekly scheduled Zoom check-in calls
Various practices, journaling, and gentle accountability that evolve with each week’s teachings
A private lesson follow up after the program is complete for check in and maintenance
