Terms & Policies

RESERVATION POLICIES:

Registration for all classes and events will be done online. Each individual registration will require a liability waiver to be completed. Payment for all services is due in order for a registration to be considered complete and valid. Registration for public classes will be completed through each Studio’s respective websites and procedures.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to the event. There will be no refunds issued for cancellations that occur within 24 hours of an event or session.

FACILITIES:

Facilities may vary per event or registration. Programming may involve Jenn traveling to the home or selected workspace of the specific client or small group. Facility use for each event will be indicated on the particular event’s registration form.

MEDICAL CONCERNS:

Each liability waiver will provide an opportunity to address any health or medical concerns that may be relevant to the booking. It is the responsibility of the client to fill these forms out to the highest degree of accuracy possible for their own safety.
